By accessing or using Unnatiq (unnatiq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Unnatiq is operated by Technix Infotech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Unnatiq is an AI-powered career assessment platform that provides:

• An interactive career assessment quiz (3 layers of questions).
• An AI-generated career report with your AI Readiness Index (ARI) score.
• Personalized career transition paths with 90-day roadmaps.
• Salary benchmarks and course recommendations specific to the Indian market.

This is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unnatiq. Users under 18 should use the platform with parental or guardian consent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Data

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the assessment. Your quiz responses are used to generate your career report. We may share anonymized or aggregated data with advertising and analytics partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment & Pricing

• The assessment report is priced as displayed on our Pricing page (inclusive of all applicable taxes).
• This is a one-time payment for lifetime access to your report.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• We do not store your card or banking details.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Since Unnatiq delivers a digital product generated using AI computing resources, we do not offer monetary refunds after report delivery. If you have a genuine concern about your report, you may contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. See our full Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Unnatiq — including the assessment methodology, ARI scoring algorithm, report templates, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Technix Infotech LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your generated report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit your report.

8. Disclaimer

Unnatiq provides career guidance and analysis based on AI technology and publicly available market data. Our reports are informational and educational in nature and do not constitute professional career counseling, financial advice, or a guarantee of employment.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but we do not guarantee that salary figures, job counts, or course information are 100% current at all times. Career decisions should factor in your personal circumstances beyond what any assessment tool can capture.

9. Limitation of Liability

Technix Infotech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Unnatiq. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the assessment algorithm.
• Provide false or misleading information in the quiz.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated reports.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Technix Infotech LLP is registered.
